“I’ve experienced monumental changes”

“I’ve been fit and healthy for most of my life however, ‘Life & Work duties’ took over and before I knew it, I’d gained 5 kg’s, most of which settled around my stomach. I had to do something about this and decided to join Surge. For a while I was ‘doing my own thing’ but felt I wasn’t progressing. I then employed the PT services of Steve.

I’ve experienced monumental changes, both physically and the way that I feel. My energy for everyday activities has shot through the roof. Both my strength and stamina has increased, which is a bonus when it comes to playing ball with the kids.
