Here’s the latest on Telly’s progress: Week 4
- ‘Smashing’ his weekly goal of 5 gym visits
- Is feeling more confident about the future
- Lost another 3 kilos
- Reduced Cm’s across is body (see below)
So, he’s down by 6 kg’s to date. More importantly though, he informs me:
“Steve, I’m feeling less nervous when I’m doing the exercises”
Current weight is 206 kg’s and looking forward achieving his first milestone of dipping under 200.
Measurements:
Week 2: Arm: 50 cm’s Chest: 157. Waist: 168
Week 3: Arm: 50 cm’s Chest: 156. Waist: 167
Week 4: Arm: 50 cm’s Chest: 156. Waist: 166
Telly towards the end of his workout:

Telly towards the end of his workout:
The ‘Foundation Building Stage’ has been achieved. In other words, Telly has been sending consistent messages to his body. Resulting in:
- Increased heart/lung capacity
- Increased glycogen storage in his muscles
- Better movement patterns
All of which leads Telly towards his ultimate goal of becoming a more fat-efficient burning machine.
